For therapists

Clinical supervision.

CBT supervision for qualified and trainee therapists. This page is for clinicians; if you are looking for personal therapy, the rest of the site is for you.

Who it is for

Qualified and trainee therapists.

I provide supervision to qualified and trainee CBT therapists, and to other practitioners seeking CBT supervision. Supervision supports your development, your fidelity to the model, and the standard of care you offer your own clients.

It is not personal therapy. If you are a therapist looking for your own CBT, the same process as any other client applies: use the booking link below.

What it covers

Case formulation and clinical practice.

Sessions draw on case formulation, the application of the model to live clinical material, ethical and reflective practice, and the wider questions that arise across a caseload.

The focus is set with you and adjusted to your level of experience, from trainee to established practitioner. Supervision is grounded in the CBT model; I also draw on REBT and ACT where the clinical material calls for it.

Format

Online, individually, at an agreed frequency.

Supervision is held online, individually, at a frequency agreed with you. Sessions are 50 minutes. Fees are confirmed on enquiry.

To get in touch, use the contact form. Please note that you are a therapist seeking supervision rather than a client; I will respond personally within one working day.
