For the past fifteen years I have been based in private practice in the City of London, working primarily with professionals in banking and law. I also provide clinical supervision to other therapists.

APPROACH

CBT at the foundation. REBT, ACT, and coaching where the work calls for it.

My primary modality is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I hold a Master's degree in CBT and REBT with Distinction, and have worked in the model for twenty-five years across the NHS and independent practice, much of it with professionals in banking and law in the City of London.

I draw on Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), coaching, and bereavement counselling where the work calls for it. The CBT spine keeps the work evidence-based and structured. The integrative range keeps it tailored to the person in the room.

Sessions are available online and in person at the City of London practice. Booking is direct from this site, straight into my own diary. No matching algorithm, no intake bot, and no third party between you and the work. The therapist you book is the therapist you see.
