I am recognised by CIGNA, AVIVA, ALLIANZ, HEALIX WPA, and BUPA. If you intend to use insurance cover, please confirm with your insurer that they cover private psychotherapy with this practice and obtain an authorisation number before your first appointment. The practice invoices the insurer directly once that authorisation reference is on file.

How much does a session cost?
Session fees are confirmed directly with the practice on enquiry. A concession rate is available; please ask when you get in touch to find out whether you are eligible. Full payment details and methods are set out on the fees page.
Do you accept BUPA, AVIVA, CIGNA, ALLIANZ, or HEALIX WPA?
Yes. The practice is recognised by CIGNA, AVIVA, ALLIANZ, HEALIX WPA, and BUPA. If you intend to use health insurance, please contact your insurer first to confirm that your policy covers private psychotherapy with this practice, and obtain an authorisation number before your first appointment.
The booking page has space for the authorisation number and policy reference. Self-funded sessions are also available.
How does insurance billing work?
For insurer-routed sessions, the practice invoices your insurer directly once the authorisation number, policy reference, and session dates are on file. You typically pay any policy excess or co-payment yourself; the rest is settled between the practice and the insurer.
