ONLINE OR IN PERSON
Direct booking. No platform between us.
Sessions available online and in person at the City of London practice.
How it works
How online sessions work.
Sessions run on a secure video platform. You receive a confirmation email with a video link the moment you book. The link is the same for every session, so once you have it you have it. You join from any modern browser on a laptop, tablet, or phone; no app to install.
In person too
When in person makes sense.
Most clients pick whichever delivery suits the day. The City of London consulting room is available in person; the same booking flow handles both. [ONLINE_MIX — pending Henry confirmation. Replace with the confirmed mix once Henry states it.]

FAQ
Online sessions, common questions.
Are sessions available online?
Yes. Online sessions are available via a secure video platform. The booking process is the same as for in-person appointments, and you will receive a secure video link with your booking confirmation.
In-person sessions are available at the City of London practice. You can choose either format at the point of booking, and the format can be changed by arrangement if circumstances change.
What technology do I need for online sessions?
You need a device with a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space where you can speak openly for the full 50 minutes. A laptop or desktop works better than a phone for a full 50-minute session, but a phone is fine if that is all you have.
The video link is sent with your booking confirmation. There is no software to install in advance for most clients; the link opens in a standard browser.
Are online sessions as effective as in-person?
The clinical evidence base for CBT delivered online is well established for most adult presentations, and the format is treated as equivalent to in-person work for the conditions Henry sees most often. Some clients prefer the consulting room; others find that online sessions remove a real practical barrier and allow more consistent attendance.
Henry will discuss the format with you at the first session if it is unclear which is the better fit, and either format can be changed by arrangement if circumstances change.
WHEN YOU'RE READY

You don't need to know what you want from therapy before you book. The first session is for getting that clear.
